Paulette Baldry

Born and raised in Te Atatu South Paulette attended Rutherford High School  and then began her tertiary studies at Carrington Tech.  When she married Dave they made the quantum leap to Browns Bay where they lived happily for 14 years before moving to the Hibiscus Coast.

Paulette was granted entry into the NZ Society of Accountants in 1990 and her career path lead her into various industries ranging from manufacturing, import, export and market research for both smaller local companies and international corporations such as Autocrat Sanyo and Hanimex/Fuji. This experience has given her a knowledge base that is not only deep, but wide as well.

After having a family she continued working part-time which has given her an understanding of the intricacies of juggling family and work.  It was during this time Paulette got in touch with an old family friend, Clinton Sanford. She was looking at going into public practise and wanted to get some advice from someone who had been there and done that.  As it turned out, Clinton was considering taking a 1 year sabbatical and Paulette’s call couldn’t have come at a better time.  He needed a fellow accountant to run his practice while he was away, Paulette stepped into the role.

Upon his return, Paulette stayed with the firm.  In 2006 an opportunity presented itself and Paulette and Clinton formed baldry + sanford Limited. 

Having a family, Paulette values the importance of flexibility in the work environment. Her understanding and encouragement is valued by all who have the privilege to work for her.

In her spare time she can be found on the sideline of her girls sports events or competing in fun runs around Auckland.  This year she ran the Auckland half marathon as well as many other local events.  The Baldry family head South every winter & can be seen on the slopes from 1^st snow till last melt!
